How long does it take to rebuild shocks?
Most standard shock rebuilds are completed within 24–48 hours from your scheduled appointment. Complex or custom jobs may require additional time.
How far out are you booked?
We aim to maintain short lead times and quick turnarounds. Contact us directly for the most accurate schedule based on current demand.
Can I ship my shocks to Podium Suspension?
Yes! We accept shocks from across the U.S. and internationally. Please contact us before shipping to confirm your service needs and receive instructions for tracking and intake.
Do you remove and install shocks on vehicles?
No — Podium Suspension is a shock service center only. We do not remove or reinstall shocks on any vehicles, including full-size trucks or SxS units. All shocks must be removed prior to drop-off or shipment. If you're a local customer, we’re happy to refer you to a trusted shop nearby for install services.
