All shocks are visually inspected at drop-off or arrival. We log any damages, leaks, and initial service notes.

De-grease & Clean

Shocks are washed in a heated “hot bath” solution that’s safe for metals, rubbers, and coatings.

Full Disassembly

Every component is disassembled, hand-cleaned, and inspected for damage or wear.

Reassembly with New Seals & Fluids

We only use OEM or higher-quality seals and fresh shock oil.

Final Inspection & Prep

A final inspection, and readiness check is performed before the shocks are packed for pickup or shipping.
